We have established the fact that the first Three Rays are powerful in that they are representative of the Divine Parents our Beloved I AM THAT I AM - we also acknowledge that mankind has an exact replica of these Three Divine Rays residing deep, deep within the Sacred Heart Chakra - In fact they are so powerful that They are tied directly from the Heart Chakra with the Silver Cord, which passes through the Throat Chakra, Third Eye Chakra and Crown Chakra all the way to the Solar Angel, and on upward to the Higher Causal Body and Higher Self or I AM THAT

When you look at the Diagram in the 3rd Ray Lesson you not only see all Seven Rays depicted there; but also the arrangement from the powerful Triune Ray at the top of the Chart, just under the Holy Trinity, all the way to the remaining Five Rays descending from these Major Rays.  The reason They are mentioned here is to show that even though we must traverse all of these Chakras to the Higher Self; but we also, must reach the Higher Presence,  and then expand out to the Antakarana or thread  woven by the Divine Mother that connects all of us and all that exists by this Thread.  (In Quantum Physics this is known as the "Field" wherein one reaches a point where all life is connected and at one — so science and philosophy have finally connected the dots!).

The Fourth Ray is all about harmony and the Fourth Ray Person, like the balance scales representing Libra,  has to have balance in his life.  It is this practical expression of the Ray that makes him seem too perfect, too neat, to pure almost to the point where he seems faultless and he demands the very same attributes of others.  The highest God Quality of this particular Ray is those disciples seeking to live as a Mahatma and eventually Ascend  through the       Resurrection and Ascension into the Light of God.

In certain Arcane schools this Ray is known as the Resurrection and Ascension Ray of Purity - even the color proclaims this fact — as it is Crystal White in Value 'as pure as the driven snow' as the old saying goes.  For my own part as a student, I have mostly avoided this Ray primarily because  as a student I never really felt pure enough or worthy enough to enter the Ascension Temples in the Etheric Plane over Egypt - I've mainly asked to be taken to the schoolrooms of learning every night or to one of the Retreats that hold special feasts and events (like the Royal Tetons Retreat in the Etheric over Wyoming from mid-June until July first every year).

 Lord Lanto, Confuscius and Mighty Victory, along with Archangel Jophiel and Christine welcome  all Seven members of the  Karmic Board and the Seventh Ray Angels who set up the Violet Pool and allow every student to participate in writing petitions that will help make changes to benefit either mankind or the elemental kingdom.  This gives all of us an opportunity to release thousands of years of Karma by bathing in the violet pool and mingle with Hierarchy. 

At the end of this  week we, the students burn our petitions sending them up to the Karmic Board.  The Karmic  Board wants us to participate so that we are made aware of the responsibility of being our 'brothers' keeper' -  this also prepares us for when Hierarchy externalizes once again and we begin to work with them here on Earth.  Jesus has stated that when He returns with the Ascended Hosts, He will expect us to begin working with the Archangels, Angels, Devas as well as those connected to the Elemental Kingdom as we did before the sinking of Atlantis.

The other important function happens between Thanksgiving and Christmas each year, when all of Hierarchy invites us to participate at Shambala and all of the gates are open and Beings from other systems of worlds are once again united in Fellowship and Joy, celebrating Christ's birthday for a thirty day period.  All doors are closed once again on the 31st of December after the New Year's celebration.

The Fourth Ray man is living between two worlds and finds that he can walk the tightrope between them with ease.  This is the time when he feels through his creative  artistry, his scientific and philanthropic dealings that he is a  co-creator with the Godhead. He is the direct opposite of the First Ray who is a leader, a governor or a Second Ray who is a teacher or the Third Ray who is a knower of truth and comes from the heart.

The Fourth Ray man is the artist, devotee and scientist - an extrovert who loves the things of this world and expresses it through beauty and art and enhances life on the planet through science while appreciating God in everything and everyone  and through his devotion,  ultimately finds the path leading straight to the infinite.

Shri Krishna was a Fourth Ray devotee and the Christ of India he loved life and especially music - He is shown many times playing His flute while dancing among the people and nature as He loved all of life.

A quote from Krishna goes as follows:
" My other prakriti" (My other manifestation) _daiviprakriti_not merely maya, but yogamaya.  In other words, He not only found his PATH in form-life but also in Heavenly Life.  So like all men of this ray there is no bar between the two worlds - he is free to reside in either.

The downside to residing on this Fourth Ray is it is very difficult to obtain the intensity of consciousness required to bring into manifestation the particular God quality or specialty as men  residing on the other six Rays have in abundance.

In the beginning the Fourth Ray man will vacillate between the First Three Rays and the Last Three Rays - until he grasps the ability to balance between the two worlds of maya and yogamaya.

When we talk about thought, the Fourth Ray man sees everything in curves - in fact, he likes the idea that a curve has no angles and draws upon the feeling body of those observing an art-form containing curves.  We can call him a magician in the sense that he excels in drawing mandalas and intricate wheels within wheels, drawing the person observing his art into his very thoughts and magnifying their whole being into the center of his masterpiece.

The   above mandalas are used by the Tibetan monks in meditation   - like the Chakras they can act as doorways when  chanting in combination with deep meditation.

And  like the Chakras as they are contemplated they allow the lower mind to step aside and the Jiva or Higher Mind to take over allowing one to step through the veil into the Inner Court, the Great Silence - or the other world that is so unfamiliar to the common man; yet, so familiar to the Fourth Ray Man who walks between them.

Speaking of the Fourth Ray we must remember that it is imagining and imagery that dominates their lives; and that they are blessed to pass back and forth through the veil with such ease while the rest of mankind struggles to find the control and intention to gain even the slightest access to crossing over the veil - but definitely it is imagination and concentration that are the keys to reaching the inner court and the Great Silence before the throne of the Solar Angel your Holy Christ Self,  the Oversoul -the Mediator between the two worlds and the Being created by God the Father to bring the Lower Triad together with the Upper Triad - (the Upper Triad is made up of the

containing all 7 Rays and Their Colors- This is the Treasures awaiting us in Heaven - each lifetime we add to these concentric rings - until we become them.

Note:  Recently  in "Heaven is For Real,  by Todd Burpo - His son, Colton,  the 4 year boy who died and came back to Earth said that everyone  in heaven including Jesus and his grandfather had a "rainbow" all around their heads - his Father was a minister  and the young boy kept revealing new things from Jesus and what he saw in heaven.

His father also brought out all the pictures he could find for three years; but only the one that was painted by the young lady Akiane,  who also saw Jesus, Colton recognized as looking just like  the Jesus he talked to in Heaven.

The only negative quality to the Fourth Ray person is that he will try and master everything while not perfecting anything - that's why he's called a 'Jack of all trades, master of none'.  Again, this is why he seeks perfection in every endeavor no matter how small or insignificant - he will want to excel at whatever he's doing and miss the opportunities that will gain his mastery.  Many a Fourth Ray person will  become an alcoholic when he allows his emotions to rule instead of his imagination and intuition.

I mentioned the White Cube or Kundalini Chakra in the beginning of this lesson which is situated at the base of the Spine - also known as the Root Chakra

A Mendicant is one who has had all the Chakras opened and the Kundalini Chakra opened sending the two serpents weaving back and forth up the spinal cord to the Crown Chakra.  Once it arrives it blows open the entire Crown 

Chakra opening all 996 petals in a tremendous flame bursting through the head.  When this happened the Mendicant is aware of all energy, vibration, and especially those who have misused God's energy.  He can see at once through the inner eye what's out of harmony with the Universe and he also has the ability to correct it;  BUT he also understands the Cosmic Law and Karma and therefore must ask permission from the person's Higher Self to find out if he is allowed to heal or cure the individual.  Maybe the person must undergo pain and suffering in order to understand a deeper meaning to his existence and/or possibly his karma has dropped like a bundle of lead upon him and suddenly his world has shrunk to one of darkness and pain.  Whatever the cause, the healer must question the Higher Self before taking any action.  The fact is, the Mendicant could bring karma upon himself if he acts without permission.

His Crown Chakra making him qualified to practice the healing arts.

The Fourth Ray man will eventually experience this fiery rush that will put him among the Christed Mahatmas; for this is part of the Great Journey

Serapis Bey is a Fourth Ray Chohan was a keeper of the Ascension Flame in Atlantis; and brought the Ascension Flame with him to Egypt at the sinking of Atlantis.  He is definitely a Christed Ascended Being who worked with El Morya,  Kuthumi and Madame Blavatsky when they were beginning the Theosophy Society in India.  He wrote some of the Mahatma Letters .  He works with Archangel Gabriel and the Legions of Angels of Purity, Resurrection and Ascension.

Mighty I AM Presence and Holy Christ Self, with Archangel Michael and a cordon of blue-lightening angels, transport my soul clothed in my finer bodies, fully equipped with the armor of God, to Archangel Gabriel and Hope's retreat near Mount Shasta or to the designated place of my Holy Work this night. Escort me, instruct me, and guide and protect me and all co-servers, I pray Thee, now and always as we serve to cut free all life on earth.

Prayer for the Fourth Ray Hierarchy

I call to the Elohim, beloved Clare and Mighty Astrea, Goddess of Purity, Cha Ara, beloved Serapis Bey, Beloved Archangel Gabriel and Hope and the angels on the Purity Ray.

Prayer for the God Qualities of the Fourth Ray

Let the Flames of Purity blaze through my mind and etheric body, resurrect my physical body, my home, business and all my affairs - raise everything in my world to the victory of my Ascension.

A Prayer for Hope

Heavenly father,  Archangel Gabriel and Hope,  

I am your humble servant, I come before you today in need of hope. There are times when I feel helpless, There are times when I feel weak. I pray for hope. I need hope for a better future. I need hope for a better life. I need hope for love and kindness.

Some say that the sky is at it's darkest just before the light. I pray that this is true, for all seems dark. I need your light, Lord, I need your Light Archangels of Purity and Hope in every way.

I pray to be filled with your light from head to toe. To bask in your glory. To know that all is right in the world, as you have planned, and as you want it to be.

Help me to walk in your light, and live my life in faith, glory and hope.
