THE Grand Conjunction is when Pluto is hanging out with Jupiter.  The last time it was this close together was at the birth of Christ over 2000 thousand years ago - in a recent article my friend Karen sent me some information that really describes what's happening in our skies on the 21st of December:

Another note to remember is that Pluto also is "hanging out with Jupiter and Saturn, adding to the mix.  

On December 21, we have a major astrological event occurring. It’s called the Grand Conjunction, charting our collective astrological path for the next two decades. Astrology-heads are keying into this date because it could be a bumpy ride when Saturn and Jupiter move into airy Aquarius and out of earthy Capricorn.

Before we get into what this all might mean in detail, first a few notes on terms. 

A conjunction means the lining up of together--either for enhanced good or ill depending on the combination. For example, a conjunction of Saturn (Planet of Time) and Pluto (Darkness) – something hidden, tends to be rough and malefic, while Venus (Love) and Jupiter (Expansion) tends to be auspicious.

A Grand Conjunction is what happens when the planets of Jupiter and Saturn in particular meet up. (Because they are very large planets and also part of the outer planets). Together they are known as the Great Chronocrator, meaning the Markers of Time, and they have always been associated with epochal social change when they coincide on their orbital perambulations.

Part of the reason for the “social change” aspect of this conjunction is that the energies of Saturn and Jupiter are a massive case study in tensions. Saturn is the task-masker and father-figure who taps us on the hand and wants us to play by the rules. Jupiter is our expansive, charming, slightly intoxicated uncle at family dinner who inspires us to be more, do more and share more. 

The last time Jupiter and Pluto met up in Capricorn was in 1771, during the Russian Plague (yep). This transit happens every 13 years in a different sign and serves as a marker for cultural change. Conjunctions of Jupiter and Pluto recur in periods of 12 to 13 years. The previous Jupiter-Pluto conjunction happened on December 11, 2007, and the one before that on December 2, 1994. After 2020, the next Jupiter-Pluto conjunction will occur on February 4, 2033, and the one following that on April 12, 2045.

My friend Elizabeth also gave us more  information on this the New Moon on December 14th 2020 @ 8:16 a.m. PST. The New Moon is in Sagittarius and what's important about the New Moon placement in Sag is having to do with our beliefs and what we judge and what to expand. The New Moon is important because at this New Moon is conjunct Mercury which is asking us to speak simply but at the same time being precise about what you are asking for because at this particular New Moon one can manifest anything in our lives; but it must be specific, while at the same time being specific and simply stated.  Most of the time we do a lot of talking but our intention must be clear and not convoluted. The Sun, Moon and Mercury and the South Node can bring things from the past into the present and/or you can leave them in the past. Again, you must be clear about what you want as this sextile also includes the North Node in Gemini.

On December17th the New Moon moves away and will move into Aquarius and will conjunct Saturn.

THE GRAND CONJUNCTION 

Exact on Decmber 21st

December 19th is the actual day that Jupiter joins Saturn in Aquarius.  This is a big deal - we've been in the dawn of Aquarius for the past 400 years (since 1623) and at that time it wasn't exact. This time December 21st at the Winter Solstice is exact (Saturn 00.8 

degrees while Jupiter is 00.8 degrees) forming the Grand Conjunction of two large outer planets. This will occur at 7:51 a.m. PST. What this means is Jupiter equals "Expansion"

while Saturn equals Restriction - Jupiter is the gas while Saturn is the brakes which equals "checks and balance" within our government and those governments throughout the world also our personal lives as well. 

Right at the beginning of the month we see Jupiter, Saturn and Pluto conjunct (the Three Planets forming the "Star of Bethlehem" over 2000 years ago).  Jupiter is expansion, Saturn is restriction while Pluto is the exposure of something hidden that must come to light).

So what we're seeing here is reconstruction:

Let me give you an example of how this works out in corporations. Facebook right now is facing an Anti-Trust lawsuit against them because their too big (restructuring) - not only are they too big but they have been guilty of harboring foreign agents with nefarious agendas (Pluto - something hidden); while at the same time they also have two other companies and (Saturn) will not allow this to happen.

The Point of this Grand Conjunction: Checks and Balances

Now let's look at our government - the current President and his cabinet have thrown out all of our freedoms, and set up a dictatorship if people speak up against this government - they are threatened with death by hanging - they have allowed certain groups to plan the 

kidnapping of Michigan's governor and have threatened leaders in Georgia as well as members of their own party who do not see "eye to eye" with this President, who still believes he was cheated. 

While for the past four years, we've seen the tearing down of all our protection, for our parks, our air quality protection is gone; and the rich get all the tax breaks while the middle and lower classes get nothing.

THIS IS RESTRICTION UNDER SATURN ENERGY JUPITER REPRESENTS EXPANSION AND JUPITER IN AQUARIUS MEANS EQUALITY, FREEDOM AND BROTHERHOOD

The president elect will change all that - he plans on bringing all our problems to the table and to RESTRUCTURE our economy, our health care; racial issues; and at the same time he has brought into his cabinet people of color - even the vice-president is first of all a woman and is a woman of color (EQUALITY)- he will reach out once again to all of our allies around the world and work on a global agenda, including all countries (BROTHERHOOD).  

While the current president didn't address the pandemic - not once issuing condolences to the thousands who have lost their loved ones; the president elect already met with the scientists, doctors and researchers in order to be ready on day one to move supplies, vaccines and ventilators and whatever else is necessary to every area in the country. This is what these three planets are helping to bring about - structural changes.

Remember, Pluto looks for honesty and exposes things done in secret; while Jupiter says "you're too large - need to reconstruct and Saturn, will not allow a company to form a monopoly or a President to become a dictator. A perfect example of these three planets is "cheating in the elections" and corruption within the government now being exposed. (Pluto) Capricorn is ruling over governments as well as corporations you can't have too much power. (This will now change as we move into Aquarius.)

These two planets (Jupiter and Saturn Conjunct) are the harbinger of the New Age. This brings about a sense of wanting to be traditional, again we must have restructure in order to bring about harmony and peace.

Uranus in Taurus squaring Jupiter and Saturn in Aquarius by 6-7 Degrees right at the time they cross over from Capricorn to Aquarius .

Uranus in Taurus rules our economy with this square we see businesses closing, people out of work - sitting in Taurus we see an unstable economy- The square acts as a catalyst and this will become more intense; but at the same time the square makes one take action - so we will see by the end of the month the stimulus package will pass (but will not be enough).

Venus rules money, and will be in Sagittarius, which means we will end up being in more debt as a county as well as individuals.  The 21st of December will see Venus square to the Moon, this will manifest as "problems with pandemic - and especially the vaccine (not enough to go around - this administration did not take the offer that Pfizer gave them back in June.)

Sagittarius is our ideals and because Jupiter rules Sag we will see expansion.

The Sun on the 21st will still be in Sag and will be in Capricorn on the 22nd - close conjunction to Venus - lots of stuff going on behind the scenes. It's got to do with the vaccines (not enough for everybody - slower in getting to the people than expected.)

Uranus in Aquarius is destructive and sudden - will see severe weather patterns and Uranus rules "earth, wind, water and fire" Uranus in Taurus is disruption of your values and things as well as homes, lots of movement, people being displaced either by fires, floods, tornadoes, loss of jobs, loss of life - but remember that reconstruction will be happening at the same time.

Large corporations find that people working from home and having zoom meetings is working just fine and so they will be selling their large buildings while teachers will find that they can teach within as well as outside the classroom, making education available to those who are housebound.

This is a time of restructure not only within our economy but also within our government as well as our educational systems. Don't forget that we, the people will also be moving in new directions, whether because of a job offer changes one's location; or because moving is for economic reasons - we will be seeing a lot of movement, that was unplanned and, in many cases unforeseen.

When I was a child, we were asked what we wanted most for Christmas and many times we received that one toy (sometimes not so new but repainted and personalized like the sled I got when I was eleven).  I never forgot that sled because my Father painted my name on it, so it was the best gift ever.  

 

 

 

 

 

The most important part of our holiday was the story of the birth of Christ and how He came to save us, that He was the Lamb of God, who sacrificed His life for us; and that His entire life was given to show us "the Way, the Truth and the Life."

 

I thought that you would like to have a little deeper meaning to this sacred event, so that when the pressure of forcing people to buy, buy, buy comes next time you'll remember what the real meaning of Christmas is.

 

Let us start with the word Christmas - it means the Mass of Christ, the celebration of His life and especially His sacrifice of that life for us.  So when picking out a Christmas Card, keep in mind that you want to celebrate the event with others by wishing them Joy, which by the way, is His keynote.  The song "Joy to the World" is the keynote of Jesus.

 

The Magi came to honor the birth of Christ.  Who were they?  Were they Christians?  How did they know of His coming?

 

The Magi were known as priest-kings at the time of Christ's birth and they came from Ethiopia and the East. Of course they were not Christian as that word developed long after the death of Our Lord.  They were astronomers and astrologers as well as rulers of their lands - much like the Pharaohs of Egypt and the Mayans of South America, who could and still can, read the sky like a map.  They also were part of the mystery schools and were aware that a certain conjunction of planets around the year A. D. 56/57 would mark the birth of a great avatar. As the three planets began to draw closer to one another they began their journey from various remote places. Can you imagine, the faith and the will that drove these three Kings to cross vast areas of desert and land on camels, to find this new-born Child?  And yet they came from three different directions and met at the palace of King Herod, asking him, of all people, where they could find this "future King of the Jews".   Put yourself in Herod's position, he was the king of the Jews and now some usurper, who might or might not be born as yet, was planning on replacing him!  He didn't know of the child but he certainly was not wasting any time in finding out where he was living.  In fact, he immediately sent his soldiers out with orders to kill any child under the age of two years old - just to make sure that the usurper would be destroyed.

The Magi eventually found Jesus as did the local shepherds.  The shepherds were informed by the angels of the birth of Jesus.  They heard the music of their instruments and followed the sound and were given the news of the birth of Christ.  As you know, there was no room at the local inns and Joseph and Mary were forced to find a manger.  Jesus certainly came into the humblest birthplace, among the cattle and sheep, revered by the shepherds.  He certainly wasn't born with a silver spoon in his mouth and a palace for his home. No, He was born among the people, who He would live among and serve, teach and heal and even raise from the dead.

 

When the Magi approached the cave where the manger was the conjunction of stars was directly over the landscape.  They each brought a gift to Joseph and Mary of Frankincense, Myrrh and Gold. They also informed Joseph and Mary that King Herod was also aware of Jesus' birth.  The Frankincense and Myrrh would be used to form a "ring pass not" around the manger in order to protect the child Jesus.  Today, Frankincense and Myrrh are used in High Mass in both the Roman and Eastern Churches.  The priest will circle the periphery of the entire church with the incense burners sending the incense into every corner before the mass begins. The Gold was given so that they could escape Herod and flee to Egypt and India until the threat was no more.

 

The Holy Family, Joseph, Mary and Jesus represent the Holy Trinity, Father, Son and Holy Spirit, or Divine Wisdom, the Mother of All.  Joseph, the Carpenter, was the provider and protector under the First Ray of God's Holy Will.  He would be the Active Principle, a First Ray quality of the Father.  Mary, represents the Divine Mother, the receiver, and the cohesive love/wisdom of the Third Ray of Active Intelligence.  Whereas Jesus, represented the Son, who brings the light of the Father and the love of the Mother into the Golden Robe of the Light of the World, the Son under the Second Ray of Divine Love/Wisdom.

 

THE HOLY FAMILY  

 

Like all children of light here on earth who are sons and daughters of God, it is the Soul that lies above our mental bodies that is the mediator between the upper triad of the Higher self, representing the Father, and the Causal body enfolding both the Higher Self and the Soul, or Holy Christ Self - representing the Divine Mother, and the Soul or Holy Christ Self, representing the Son - the light of the world.  The Soul, in turn, is over our three lower bodies i.e. mental, emotional, etheric/physical.  As the Soul is the mediator between the upper divine triad and the lower triad, so is the human the mediator between divinity (all of Hierarchy - Cosmic, Solar and Planetary) and the three lower kingdoms (animal, plant and mineral, and elemental). The Holy Family is the reflection or the Holy Trinity and is significant in teaching us about our place within the Divine Plan of God.

 

The next symbol we'll look at is the Star of Bethlehem, which is of course, the result of the conjunction between three major planets during the year A.D.56/57.  The star has always been the symbol of the Divine.

 

The Star Tetrahedron

This star tetrahedron is seen in many ancient and modern churches and temples and is significant in understanding the working of triangles.  I can give you the example of King David, who used the star tetrahedron as the symbol of the Jewish faith "The Star of David".

Remember, in order for David to write the psalms, he had to become that symbol.  Again, it is one of the most ancient teachings of the lower triangle pointing upward towards God or the Higher Self, while the upper triangle representing God reaching toward man in the descending triangle.

In the World Service between nineteen eighty and two thousand and nine, we placed the triangle around our upper chakras from the Heart (the base of the triangle) out around our shoulders to

above our heads (the point of the triangle). We'd sit in the middle as the Buddha or Christ Self, and this triangle would rise out of the heart and move upward - at the same time the descending triangle would move downwards from the Higher Self, forming a star tetrahedron on the level of the Soul or Holy Christ Self.  We would then be sitting at the level of the Christ and at this level where David wrote his Psalms, we would do our Prayers of the World Service. At the present time, the need of the hour is for group prayer and meditation for World Peace.

 

The Ascension of the Christ

From His birth until his death, Jesus was a living example of the disciple on the Path of Initiation, transforming and transfiguring Himself, which led Him to the cross and to the resurrection until He ascended back to His Father.  He left us His blueprint and the map to the homeward path.

So during this Holy and Sacred Season, take a step into the light of your Soul and leave the clanging and the din behind you, for a few moments each day.  Learn to be silent and in that silence find your peace - the Peace beyond understanding. 

May you have a Joyous and Peaceful Christmas and may 2021 bring you Good Health, Happiness and a Deeper Understanding of Who You really Are.

141 - Lesson 3 - COSMIC LAWS

II.  There is a basic law called the Law of Periodicity.

1.  This law governs all manifestation, whether it is the manifestation of a solar Logos through the medium of a solar system, or the manifestation of a human being through the medium of a form.  This law controls likewise in all the kingdoms of nature.

2.  There are certain other laws in the system which are linked with this one; some of them are as follows:

a.  The Law of Economy...the law governing matter,

                        the third aspect.

             b.  The Law of Attraction . . . the law governing soul,

                                                             the second aspect.

            c.  The Law of Synthesis . . .   the law governing spirit, or

                                                            the first aspect.

    3.  These three are cosmic laws.  There are seven systemic laws,

    which govern the manifestation of our solar Logos:

        a.  The Law of Vibration

        b.  The Law of Cohesion

        c.  The Law of Disintegration.

        d.  The Law of Magnetic Control

        e.  The Law of Fixation.

        f.  The Law of Love.

        g.  The Law of Sacrifice and Death.

4.  Each of these Laws manifests primarily on one or

other of the seven planes of the solar system.

         5.  Each law sweeps periodically into power and each plane has its period of manifestation and its period of obscuration.

     6.  Every manifested life has its three great cycles:

     Birth...................Life....................Death

                Appearance....... growth...............disappearance.

            Involution.........evolution............obscuration.

            Tamasic life......rajasic life..........sativic life.

       7.  Knowledge of the cycles involves knowledge of number, sound and color.

       8. Full knowledge of the mystery of the cycles is the possession only of the perfected adept.

III.  All souls are identical with the Oversoul.

    1.  The Logos of the solar system is the Macrocosm. 

    2.  Soul is an aspect of every form of life from a Logos to an atom.

    3.  This relationship between all souls and the Oversoul constitutes the basis for the scientific belief in Brotherhood.  Brotherhood is a fact in nature, not an ideal.

    4.  The Law of Correspondences will explain the details of this relationship.  This Law of Correspondences or the Analogy is the interpretive law of the system, and explains God to man.

    5.  Just as God is the Macrocosm for all the kingdoms in Nature, so man is the Macrocosm for all the sub-human kingdoms.

    6.  The goal for the evolution of the atom is self-consciousness as exemplified in the human kingdom.

          The goal for the evolution of man is group consciousness, as exemplified by a planetary Logos.

        The goal for the planetary Logos is God consciousness, as exemplified by the solar Logos. 

    7.  The solar Logos is the sum-total of all the states of consciousness within the solar system.

The Master D. K. continues to with his preliminary remarks:

No book gains anything from dogmatic claims or declarations as to the authoritative value of its source of inspiration.  It should stand or fall solely on the basis of its own intrinsic worth, on  the value of the suggestions made, and its power to foster the spiritual life and the intellectual apprehension of the reader.  If this treatise has within it   anything of truth and of reality, it will inevitably and unfailingly do its work, carrying its message, and thus reach the hearts and minds of searchers everywhere.  If it is of no value, and has no basis in fact, it will disappear and die, and most rightly so.  All that is asked from the student of this treatise is a sympathetic approach, a willingness to consider the views put forth and that honesty and sincerity of thought, which will tend to the development of the intuition, of spiritual diagnosis, and a discrimination which will lead to a rejection of the false and an appreciation of the true.

The words of the Buddha most appropriately have their place here, and make a fitting conclusion to these preliminary remarks:

THE LORD BUDDHA HAS SAID

that we must not believe in a thing and merely because it is said; nor traditions because they have been handed down from antiquity; nor rumors, as such; nor writings by sages, because sages wrote them; nor fancies that we may suspect to have been inspired in us by a Deva (that is, in presumed spiritual inspiration); nor from inferences drawn from some haphazard assumption we may have made; nor because of what seems an analogical necessity; nor on the mere authority of our teachers or masters.  But we are to believe when the writing doctrine, or saying is corroborated by our own reason and consciousness.  "For this," says he in concluding, "I taught you not to believe merely because you have heard, but when you believed of your consciousness, then to act accordingly and abundantly."

THE THREE FIRES

I.  The internal Fire or Fire by Friction.

II.  The Fire of Mind or Solar Fire.

"The fire of knowledge burns up all action on the plane of illusion, therefore, those who have acquired it and are emancipated are called 'Fires.'"

"Lift up thy head, O Lanoo*; dost thou see  one, or countless lights above thee, burning in the dark midnight sky?"

INTRODUCTORY POSTULATES

The teaching which is given in the Treatise on Cosmic Fire might be formulated in the following terms.  These postulates are simply extensions of the three fundamentals to be found in the Proem in the first volume of the Secret Doctrine by H. P. Blavatsky. Students are recommended to study them carefully; in this way their understanding of the Treatise will be greatly aided.

I.  There is one Boundless Immutable Principle; one Absolute Reality which antecedes all manifested conditioned Being.  It is beyond the range and reach of any human thought or expression.

The manifested Universe is contained within this Absolute Reality and is a conditioned symbol of it. In the totality of this manifested Universe, three aspects are to be conceived:

1.  The First Cosmic Logos, impersonal and unmanifested, the precursor of the Manifested.

2.  The Second cosmic Logos, Spirit-Matter, Life, the Spirit of the Universe.

3.  The Third Cosmic Logos, Cosmic Ideation, the Universal World - Soul.

From these basic creative principles, in successive gradations there issue in ordered sequence the numberless Universes comprising countless Manifesting Stars and Solar Systems.

Each Solar System is the manifestation of the energy and life of a great Cosmic Existence, Whom we call, for lack of a better term, a Solar Logos. 

This Solar Logos incarnates, or comes into manifestation, through the medium of a solar system.

This solar system is the body, or form, of this cosmic Life, and is itself triple.

This triple solar system can be described in terms of three aspects, or (as the Christian theology puts it) in terms of three Persons. (The Holy Trinity: Father, Son and Holy Spirit)

Electric Fire, or Spirit

1st Person . .Father. Life. Will. Purpose. Positive Energy

Solar Fire, or Soul.

2nd Person . .Son. Consciousness. Love-Wisdom. Equilibrised Energy

Fire By Friction, or Body, or Matter

3rd Person....Holy Spirit. Form. Active Intelligence. Negative Energy

Each of these three is also triple in manifestation, making therefore

a.  The nine Potencies or Emanations.

b.  The nine Sephiroth.

c.  The nine Causes of Initiation.

These, with the totality of manifestation or the Whole, produce 

the ten (10) of perfect manifestation, or the perfect Man.

These three aspects of the Whole are present in every form.

a.    The solar system is triple, manifesting through the three above mentioned.

b.    A human being is equally triple, manifesting as Spirit, Soul and Body, or Monad, Ego and Personality.

c.    The atom of the scientist is also triple, being composed of a positive nucleus, the negative electrons and the totality of the outer manifestation, the result of the relation of the other two.

These three aspects of God, the solar Logos, and the Central

Energy or Force (for the terms are occultly synonymous) demonstrate through seven centers of force, --three major centers and four minor.  These seven centers of logoic Force* are themselves so constituted that they form corporate Entities.  They are known as

a.  The seven planetary Logoi.

b.  The seven Spirits before the Throne.

c.  The seven Rays.

d.  The seven Heavenly Men.

* Logoic = Cosmic Energy and/or force

The Seven Logoi embody seven types of differentiated force, and in this Treatise are known under the name of Lords of the Rays.  The names of the Rays are:

Major Rays

Ray I    Ray of Will or Power . . . . .1st Aspect

Ray II    Ray of Love-Wisdom . . . . . 2nd Aspect

Ray III    Ray of Active Intelligence . . . . . 3rd Aspect

Minor Rays

Ray IV    Ray of Harmony, Beauty and Art

Ray V    Ray of Concrete Knowledge or Science

Ray VI    Ray of Devotion or of Abstract Idealism

Ray VII    Ray of Ceremonial Magic or Order

The above information is to be printed out and studied as it is the basis upon this Treatise on Cosmic Fire.  Note that the "Electric Fire" or 

Spirit manifesting in terms of three Persons -i.e. 

First Person - The Father - Will. Life Purpose - Positive Energy can be found in Ray 1 - Will or Power

Second Person - Son Love/Wisdom can be found

in Ray II - Love/Wisdom

Third Person - Holy Spirit -Active Intelligence can be found in Ray III - Ray of Active Intelligence

Now it becomes clear why the First Three Rays are the Major Rays, as they are a reflection of the Divine Trinity. D.K. wrote a whole book on the Rays.

What we need to remember here is that when we took our original initiations before our "first embodiment" upon planet Earth, we were given the opportunity by Helios and Vesta (God and Goddess of our Physical Sun) to pass through the Seven concentric Rings surrounding Their Sun, we could spend as much time as possible on each one of the Rays I through VII.  At our birth we were "two beings" in one - each having a Threefold Flame, this triune flame is what makes us "sons and daughters of the most High God I AM THAT I AM," as this threefold flame is a replica of the Father/Mother God.  Each flame is of a different color - Blue - represents the Father or Will or Power - Ray I; the Second Flame is Yellow - represents the Son or love-Wisdom - Ray II - the Third Flame is Pink - represents the Holy Spirit or Active Intelligence - Ray III. Again we are the "microcosm of our Divine Parents". 

The first three Rings surrounding the Physical Sun consist of these three Major Rays - I, II, and III - again we could spend as much time as we liked on any of these Seven Rings and usually the Ring that we spent the most time on would be the major Ray that we would embody with - we had to pass through all Seven Rings understanding each of the Rays and making sure that we could radiate one particular Ray that we would then carry into the planet - this  "God Quality"(each Ray represents one of God's Qualities)  was to be our contribution to the  planet as representatives of the Father/Mother God on Earth.

So, although this seems a difficult lesson at the beginning of this Treatise, our Souls and Spirits already are familiar with all the above as it was part of our training within the Seven Concentric Rings of our Physical Sun - this is why we need to meditate and concentrate upon these first postulates, mainly allowing this information to resonate at the deepest level of being.  I am not writing as much as usual because this is heavy but very necessary reading, so meditate upon each part of our cosmology and as the Buddha says, "make sure that you are to believe when the writing, doctrine, or saying is corroborated by your own reason and consciousness. For this," says the Buddha in concluding, "I taught you not to believe merely because you have heard; but when you believed of your consciousness, then to act accordingly and abundantly."
